Description
This position has enterprise-wide responsibility for the organizational learning and development function to support and drive talent and business strategies. Scope includes leadership development, operator and technical skills training in manufacturing and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
? Develops and executes a leadership development strategy and plan aligned with the company?s talent management strategy to develop future leaders and top talent of the organization. ? In close alignment with business leaders, oversees and manages the Employee Excellence training strategy and roadmap in manufacturing. Defines standards and drives consistency. ? Provides organizational development consultation, guidance and best practices to senior leaders and HR business partners. Designs and facilitates OD interventions and initiatives. ? Owns and negotiates a comprehensive organizational development plan for the enterprise with defined business objectives, approved measures and an annual budget.
